challenge of 10X. what is it? 

mobile created opportunities for new players to disrupt the incumbents (e.g. instagram vs fb/flickr)

10X'ing them has since become 100X harder. think of an idea- there's an app for that. 

still possible, but we do need twists that can '10X.' otherwise it's doa. that's what's hard.

 You really need that special twist to make anything pop. Otherwise, even good ideas can get lost in the noise.
