challenge of 10X. what is it? 

mobile created opportunities for new players to disrupt the incumbents (e.g. instagram vs fb/flickr)

10X'ing them has since become 100X harder. think of an idea- there's an app for that. 

still possible, but we do need twists that can '10X.' otherwise it's doa. that's what's hard.

What do you think of the Pornhub example? It took 19 days to attract 50 million subscribers.

It's true finding those twists that are truly different and impactful is critical and challenging

That will be a app that doesn’t have competition or it’s less competitive.
