I think the “make friends / make money” discussion is pretty critical to the long term success & ability to retain folks. Why folks join & stay matters a ton. It may be more important to focus on builders & creators who will attract the end users FC wants to drive true growth.

It used to be the cool thing to onboard people. @karbonbased @ciniz @bored all brought a ton of people with them. I’ve personally onboarded 3 friends, a brother, a cousin, and my own mom lol
