considering i ignore my reminders anyway i hope this works better: 1. set up PT appointment 2. set up dentist appointment 3. set up derm appointment esp after today's UV index 4. create daily PT/mobility routine 5. create general exercise schedule, inclusive of sports 6. figure out meal schedule 7. reassess portfolio
