Working with clay is a delicate balance of control and surrender. Clay is malleable, allowing me to shape it with my fingers, tools, and imagination. I often begin with a simple concept, a rough idea of what I want to express, and slowly build the form from the inside out. The beauty of clay lies in its immediacy—it responds quickly to touch, which makes the process feel alive. Every addition or subtraction of material brings me closer to the final shape, yet the journey is never without surprises. Sometimes, the clay takes on a life of its own, guiding me in unexpected directions, and it’s in those moments of discovery that the true art emerges.

Sculpture, for me, is about transformation—the act of taking something ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary. It’s a process that requires patience, precision, and an intimate understanding of the material. The texture, weight, and flow of the medium guide my hands as I carve out the details and refine the shape, always striving to bring out the emotion and essence of the piece.

Sculpture allows me to engage with the material world in a tactile way. Clay, with its malleability, invites me to explore form and texture, capturing fluid movement or delicate details with my hands. Stone, on the other hand, requires patience and precision. Working with stone is like unveiling something hidden inside, as if I’m discovering the shape that has always existed within the rock, waiting to be released.

I have set up a new delegate address for the voting rights of Noun553 and Noun556 owned by pNouns. Here is an article summarizing the process of changing the delegate address for voting rights. 👇 https://daoworker.xyz/nouns-dao/nouns-delegate-20241228/

Meditation isn't just about relaxation—it's a practice of awareness and balance. Through it, I’ve discovered the power of being in the moment, letting go of stress, and finding clarity amidst the chaos. Each session is a chance to cultivate a sense of calm, a way to ground myself and embrace the serenity that comes with being fully in the now.

Each piece of sculpture is not just an object—it is an expression of emotion and thought. Through my work, I aim to convey feelings, explore the human form, or capture a moment in time. The tactile experience of sculpting—feeling the texture of the material, seeing the form take shape—is incredibly rewarding.

Each meditation session is a journey inward. Whether it’s focusing on my breath, practicing mindfulness, or visualizing calm landscapes, I use these techniques to quiet my mind and let go of stress. The stillness helps me gain perspective, find balance, and feel grounded in the present moment.

The beauty of meditation lies in its simplicity. It requires no special equipment, just a comfortable space and an open mind. As I settle into my practice, I focus on my breath, allowing thoughts to come and go like passing clouds. This process teaches me to let go of stress, anxiety, and the weight of everyday worries, replacing them with a profound sense of peace.

While clay allows for fluidity, stone presents a different challenge—one that requires patience, precision, and strength. Carving stone is a labor-intensive process, where I carefully chip away layers to reveal the form hidden within. The weight of the chisel and the sound of the hammer against the stone create a rhythm that drives me forward. Each strike is deliberate, a step closer to unveiling the final work. The raw beauty of the stone, with its unique textures and colors, informs my choices and inspires me to capture its essence in my sculptures.

Over time, I have explored various meditation techniques, from mindfulness and breath awareness to guided imagery and loving-kindness meditation. Each method offers a unique way to anchor my mind and cultivate awareness. Mindfulness meditation, in particular, has taught me to be present in the moment, appreciating the simplicity of my surroundings and the sensations of my breath. Guided meditations often help me visualize peaceful landscapes, transporting me to serene environments that evoke feelings of relaxation and joy.

Sculpture has the power to convey deep emotions and tell stories without uttering a single word. Through my work, I aim to evoke feelings in those who encounter my art. Each curve, line, and texture is intentional, designed to draw viewers in and invite them to explore the piece from different angles. I believe that a successful sculpture should resonate with the audience, sparking their imagination and inspiring contemplation.
