While animators of all skill levels are welcome to submit, we reserve the right to disqualify submissions that we deem not valid.  

Things we look for: 

1) Ability to convey emotion and tell a story - those that demonstrate an understanding of animation principles. 
2) New original work created for the round.

Same problem. It seems there is an allowlist (for FC in general) I’ll see if I can find the form for you. Not sure why people need to apply for it and what the credentials are..🤷
