As some of you guys know, this is my very first shot of being a founder. I am slowly transitioning out of my creative career to build a start-up to make self-care more fun and rewarding.

1) Find a solid co-founder 

2) Prepare yourself mentally for the frequency and amplitude of highs and lows

These are incredible advice!

I’m working on #1! And already experiencing some version of #2, haha 😅 Nothing but being a founder can really prepare you for  this kind of mental stress!
