Millet porridge with coconut milkš„£ Healthy, lactoseāfree, lean and vegetarian - all in one. Serve it with fruits and nuts. You will need: 100 g of millet, 120 ml of coconut milk, 160 ml of soy milk, honey, 200 ml of water. Preparation: Boil the washed millet in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain the water. Add honey and both types of vegetable milk, and cook the porridge for another 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
