Omelet with cottage cheese and spinach If desired, add another handful of chopped mushrooms or string beans. You will need: 3 eggs, 80 g of spinach, 35 g of granular cottage cheese, 1 tbsp.l. oatmeal, a pinch of baking powder, spices. Preparation: Beat the eggs with baking powder and spices. Finely chop and add spinach, cottage cheese and oatmeal to the egg mixture, mix and leave for a couple of minutes. Fry everything in a frying pan on both sides under the lid.
