Cottage cheese pancakes 🥞 You will need: 180 g of cottage cheese, 250 ml of milk, 110 g of rice flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil. Preparation: Beat the cottage cheese with eggs until smooth, add milk and flour and mix. At the end, add the olive oil, mix again and fry in a pan like regular pancakes😋
