Coconut and banana cheesecakes 😋 Another original variation of the usual homemade breakfast. You will need: 350 g of cottage cheese, 2 bananas, 2 tbsp coconut chips, 1 egg, 2 tbsp brown sugar, coconut oil. Preparation: Whisk all the ingredients, except the coconut chips, with an immersion blender, and then mix it in. Form small round cheesecakes and fry in coconut oil on both sides.
