Banana-pumpkin smoothie 🍌 🎃 🍹 Hearty sweet bananas are a great base for breakfast of all kinds. You will need: 150 g of pumpkin, 1 banana, 250 ml of vegetable milk, 100 ml of orange juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, cinnamon. Preparation: Send the sliced banana in the freezer for a couple of hours in advance. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil it quickly or fry it until soft. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.
