New potato salad New potatoes fit perfectly into the standards of proper nutrition. You will need: 500 g of new potatoes, 2 tomatoes, 2 purple onions, 4 sprigs of coriander, 2 tablespoons of capers, olive oil. Preparation: Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into halves. Cut the onion into feathers, tomatoes into slices, and chop the cilantro. Add the capers and drizzle the salad with olive oil.
