The most healthy porridge for breakfast 🥣 The secret is that it contains three cereals at once – rice, millet and pearl barley. You will need: 1/3 cup rice, 1/3 cup pearl barley, 1/3 cup millet, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cup milk, 2 cups water, 1 tsp zest, 20 g butter. Preparation: Wash all the cereals and add zest and sugar to them. Pour in water and milk, and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Let it brew a little more under the lid and add butter to the finished porridge.
