Not only healthy, but also a very hearty breakfast😊 You will need: 3 eggs, 50 ml of kefir, 0.5 avocado, 1 tomato 🥚 🥛 🥑 🍅 Preparation: Whisk eggs with kefir and fry a fluffy omelet over medium heat. Cut the avocado and tomato into cubes, put them on half of the omelet and fold it in half👍
