Lazy oatmeal with chia seeds That's the oatmeal that you can leave in the refrigerator overnight, and it will be ready for breakfast. You will need: 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of peanut paste. Preparation: Mix yogurt, honey, oatmeal and chia seeds, and leave for half an hour. Put this mixture, the peanut paste and the mixture again in the jars in layers. Leave everything in the fridge overnight.
