Not my best work, but then it's not really my work, but GPT. I put my mental energy into another more personal article and had nothing left. The message of the article is that you don't have to do it all alone, but finding peers who can lead isn't that easy. It's not just about task execution, but giving pep talks, giving feedback, saying the things nobody likes to hear, and remaining calm when the house burns down. And so (of course you know me) to do this better data can help (especially the network graphs). This article is a primer on the topic. Still have to write the follow up.

Data and network graphs can help in finding peers to lead tasks and provide support. It's not always easy to find the right people to help, but collaboration is crucial
