I haven't been paying attention, yet I see sentiment is not great on twitter.

If you are a confident team - you should...

lay out tokenomics minimal 1 week in advance to allow for folks to understand the unlocks etc, ask questions (realize this would invite fud) yet it is what it is.

work with a market maker to go DEX only on launch - provides blockchain transparency and allows the carrot of "wen cex" listing to be  speculated on - which helps price action.

farm dex fees if you want early liquidity rather than selling nebulous supply aka dumping on early speculators

know full well if liquidity isn't there you're going to see a stupid early candle that will show the chart getting wrecked from that point forward so make sure you launch with enough liquidity.  

how you do the last point financially is the magic (I don't have the answer)

next level - if you have an airdrop - offer two options a)drop at genesis with pre check or b)claim at the time of your liking.  want to create a tge that doesn't tax folk

Takes away two powerful forces for number go up technology - liquidity farmers buying early supply and speculative buyers waiting for the dex listing in the future.

IMO better to pour liquidity into a single market at launch to allow for better price discovery out the gate rather than a few buys into light liquidity than red candles down to the market price.
