@caststorage is the one, I just used it to verify I used ETH on base they also have a usdc option.

Last time, this castorage  thing took my ETH but didn't buy me the extra storage I paid for. LOL 

And I don't think I can buy warps with it, just storage.

Ah yes good point was mistaken thinking about storage.
