Move to a city, try things, work hard make money and meet people. 

Start a family and move back to a smaller town you like. Live comfortably. Share your  knowledge, experience and wealth with everyone there.

Wonder what the 2030 terminally online version of this is. Even forgetting AGI.

It’s an odd feeling contributing so much to an online community but so little to the physical one around me.

It’s greatly amplified post kids since they’re more tethered to the physical world.

Big fan of living in a community where you can make a direct impact and engage with folks.  

We are in a town of 30K people, and it’s pretty nice for the child rearing years especially.
