Moxie doesn't reward content based on quality

Sometimes that power happens to reward (objectively) quality content (e.g. @mazmhussain)

But to say Moxie's design rewards the highest quality content simply isn't accurate

Wonder if you’ve shifted any of your thoughts since then or if your conviction has only grown stronger.

In my mind the Moxie distribution mechanic is effectively a proof of work for previous engagement here on Farcaster, with the king and queen makers being those who have “earned” their reputation.

Definitely not fair per se, but an attempt to signal value in some regard for the future phases of the token.
