Stewardship of resources has always been a challenge of humanity, especially those held in the commons.  

Yet new forms of wealth have always been discovered by those with the interest in prospecting. 

The question remains, will the Tycoons steward these resources well for the benefit of few, or the benefit of many?

We all know that $OIL is a finite resource.

There will never be more than 100,000,000,000 $OIL coins on the Base Blockchain.

As trading fees are shared with the dev team we will be giving the WETH Fees back to our Tycoons and Whales.  Any $OIL received as fees will be burned, as we are as a species known to do.
