The claim PG made is stronger than that.

People who study SF problems will often point to multiple issues, some unrelated to governance. You can simply paste his tweet into ChatGPT to get a sense of conventional belief.

That median city governance would eliminate all these problems isn’t obvious. Perhaps specious. Most experts are too nuanced to claim that.

Is it unconventional though? All I see is PG calling for better city governance and Elon calling for legislative change, which is all pretty obvious, no?
