Carrying around a lot of cash for everyday spending is impractical 

Being able to pay with stablecoins and get the benefits of paying with cash would be good but it needs to be as seamless as the best payment methods

Feels like it’s only a matter of time until more places accept stablecoins

a bunch of kbbq places offer 10% off (yes, 10%!) when paying in cash

It really is a balancing act of how much a bank might charge for cash handling and the charges for POS transactions. It was interesting to see when I worked in banking.
