In about to launch a TestFlight for a project I am really excited to share but I’m worried it will be difficult to get people to try it. Any advice for recruiting beta testers? What kind of things should I communicate and what perks could I offer?

getting users is more difficult than building the app getting good users is more difficult than getting users getting good users who continue using it is the hardest strap in, welcome aboard
