You still keep up with EVE @dwr.eth? Really interesting to hear about an established studio leveraging blockchain for what I think it beat offers to /gaming, a global ledger and global identity/reputation for all players. "EVE Frontier is, at its core, a survival MMO on a single, shared server." Blockchain allows players to set up smart contract-based game elements and interact with HTML5 GUI "A game using blockchain, not a blockchain game" Let players expand monetary policy on a single shared server, "creating an MMO which can be modded by players server-side, not just client-side" sounds like gaming coming full circle for @vitalik.eth https://www.pcgamer.com/games/mmo/the-new-eve-survival-mmo-is-using-blockchain-tech-to-create-a-boiling-financial-hellscape-but-dont-call-it-a-blockchain-game/

I tried the last session, it has promise, but is flawed. They've made it so you're not allowed to zoom out at all, but it's still the exact same flight and fighting mechanics. They want you to use this almost third person focus view, which just doesn't work. Fuel is a good addition, but I worry that they'll let people solve it and it will just be a tax.
