that’s not how the trading of art, luxury goods, family heirlooms, homes, even surfboards works.

most secondary marketplaces IRL have a curation layer to filter buyers.

this is why NFT marketplaces lose volume to private txns :)

Cool. An  idea that comes to mind is using @hatsprotocol w/ two allowlist Hats - "Primary Allowlist" and "Secondary Allowlist". Primary Allowlist is immutable based on pre-defined criteria and Secondary Allowlist is mutable, controlled by a Creator Top Hat. Would be especially powerful when loaded into @daylight

Might be worth looking at how security tokens and ATS's for them are operated. Much different context (regulatory compliance) but there could be some insights there.
