Since cutting sugar 23 days ago I've seen the following benefits: - better overall sleep quality - shifted sleep schedule from waking up at 2pm to waking up at 9am - reduced my sleep aids by 4 pills - mental clarity is off the charts (deeper understanding of concepts & analytical skills at peak) - skin on point β¨οΈ

So true, and come to think of it, my sleep (and the speed at which I fall asleep) has been greatly improved in the last 5 weeks or so since I cut out like 98% of sugar from my diet. Hadn't really pieced that together until now lol. 150 $degen
