Anyone read this? Just picked up a copy to see if I can improve myself a bit. Unmedicated ADHD - along with some other mental/physical issues from military life - leave me pretty unorganized and often procrastinating. I know just reading a book wonโ€™t solve it all and Iโ€™ll still have to take a lot of action, but itโ€™s a start. Surprise visit from the kitten too! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Some might say life changing if you really take what the book says and apply it.

This is the biggest hurdle for someone with severe executive dysfunction like me. I've mentioned in some other comments, but when finishing my military career I even had an Occupational Therapist that taught me everything that's likely in this book, but I just took it all and put it away / saved it on my PC to never use/study/look at again. I'll try my best to not just read, but DO some things with intention from the book. ๐Ÿ’œ
