Ohhh ok gotcha! We've done keto and some paleo before as well. At least she has a variation of solid veggies to include, as much as I like meat and healthy fats, with no veggies or anything else I'd get sick of it after a while lol. 

Great job on the 10 lbs down too bro, that's amazing! I hope you both crush the goals, and it helps towards the health stuff too! 💜

Pretty much rn just meat (fish counts too) and fat b/c I'm doing a version of paleo keto to help with some health stuff

I can also eat local organic in season of a bunch of diff vegetables etc but the Mrs can't b/c her variation requires her to eat very very low/no histamine food...

So veggies for her are broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, sweet potato, zucchini.

At least I'm down 4.8kg/10lbs +/- in the past month and a half so that's good lol
