Anyone read this? Just picked up a copy to see if I can improve myself a bit. 

Unmedicated ADHD - along with some other mental/physical issues from military life - leave me pretty unorganized and often procrastinating. 

I know just reading a book won’t solve it all and I’ll still have to take a lot of action, but it’s a start.

Might check it out after my current read. So kittens really do that lol, I’m more of a dog person
