My five year old smashed his forehead on a stair at the park 

Just gushing blood 

Looked like a dent in his head

7 y/o stepped up to get ice from nearby house

Turns out he’s fine and face injuries just bleed a lot

Nothing like a cup of your child’s blood to remind you how lucky you are to just be alive

Oh man, that's one of the worst feelings in the world. My son had a good fall which led to a bloody face too and it's pretty traumatic. 

Happy to hear he's good to go though 💜
