Since I started my cannabis prescription I figured the best way to make sure I’m taking my capsules at the right times was to get one of these organizers! I also have fish oils, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc and GABA.

I used to take a one a day, but it turns out they're mostly shit as they don't really give the daily amounts of what you need for any of the vitamins/minerals in them. Best to take individual doses of the ones you need/want!

Lmao old man I take a men’s one a day type thing and extra vitamin D, maybe I should add more pills since I’m getting close to 40

It's more so just a way for me to be consistent with things I want to take, thankfully I don't have meds that I MUST take, at least yet lol
