Wouldn't be quite like it is now, probably a few appointments / check-ins a year type thing at most though.
Damn, your dad is in a similar position then, a bunch of money that shows up into your account every month, but living the rest of your life in some type of agony is most definitely a trade off, sometimes a good one, bad days a terrible one.
Thankfully I do have a pension as well (I think I told you that sometime last year) which will help whichever way the decision is when the time comes. But, I have at minimum until June, 2026 before that comes, and it could be even longer tbh. Just gonna play the game, be honest about my pain and struggles and see what happens! 1 reply
