I'd like to suggest if you do this, revealing to users some metrics to guide them toward upleveling. Be as transparent as possible with any auto applied labels. Provide steps to recover. Lots of people around the world are from tougher places without in person mentors to help them, and are doing their best, and shadow banning and other forms of censorship can really discourage them and leave a bad taste.
