Periodic reminder that OTC melatonin supplements are roughly 10x to 30x higher than what is needed for optimal sleep. The dose you really need is 0.3mg, ideally with a time release.

Regardless of what you try, I HIGHLY recommend being scientific about it, and using a wearable to track sleep. Here's 8 years of my fitbit data, visualized using Guava Health:
