"Licenses" and "copyright" will die a *very* hard death. AI rapidly increases the speed of evolution by lowering the iteration time and increasing the pool of ideas available for recombination ( E = TA!). https://breckyunits.com/eta.html For business models, you need scarcity, so what will happen (a prediction, I could be wrong), is that you will see the rise of "Early Source", where most people use free, public domain, open source software that is N years behind, and professionals pay for rapid updates https://breckyunits.com/earlySource.html
