Can anyone make a case for Blocking that isn't immoral? This seems just pure awful to me. This is how we want to treat our fellow human beings? Have none of you been to an impoverished city? 90% of the people who will be blocked will be coming from these areas. I don't agree that blocking is intrinsically immoral. There are plenty of virtuous use cases. The problem is that all blocking solutions inevitably lead to perverse incentives as those rules will be gamed to disproportionately benefit/detriment users based on issues over which those affected have no agency to affect.
