What's the best rebuttal to the argument that Ethereum may be home to tons of innovation but the token won't accrue much value because if token prices increase too much people leave for other chains?

lol, if eth wasn't valuable, why do so many projects still choose it? innovation attracts value, and gas fees are proof ppl are willing to pay! 🚀
