Last years sweet potato harvest turned out to be the sweetest most flavorful I’ve had.  Now I’m debating on saving the slips or  buying new plants. So unsure what to do

Sliced an baked as toast, baked (usually savory with a little salt and garlic), diced and roasted with Brussels sprouts, fries, casserole, any way possible actually lol

One day I mixed white potatoes with sweet and used the same seasonings and a little cheese. They tasted so good savory that now I eat them that way most of the time. Esp when the potatoes are really sweet it’s a great sweet salty combo.

savory, i would have not expected - gonna have to try roasted with brussel sprouts now!
