record store day.... camped for 10 hours (me in shorts and a hoodie and ear pods...)  they sold out of what I was sent on a quest for from the first three people due to them buying BOXES OF VINYLS...  frustrating but if that's the worst part of my day, I'm grateful.   hope you have had a wonderful evening.  code time.

It's just a vinyl album.  we love our collection and music is super valuable to us but if it's rewarding scalpers and continuing the practice we can just go without.

I know everyone has to make a dollar but this really sucks and feels like predatory behavior. I hope you can find it for a better price.

exactly.   I'm all for supporting record stores but if you buy it for $16.99 and it's $150 on eBay currently.... let's make them $75 and let record stores eat better and not let jerks prey on fans.   but .. it is what it is.   I'm sure it'll all work out somehow.

They shouldn’t allow that, just resellers making money off real fans likely.

Super unfair that record store day has become less of a celebration - and more of a day to get there early and then make money on eBay.
