it is.  I don't have a direct source but I was listening to a podcast and it was rattled off and I was like "woah!". so... trust but verify I guess.  it could be wrong

happy Sunday to you also!   I think it's about creating a new physical situation for yourself and reframing at the same time.   I'm great on confidence but started doing it anyway and it's something that put a little more pep in my step above normal so I'm cool with it.

I do okay with confidence 

But when I’m doing something I appreciate or I find done well, I don’t wait around for outside approval. I high five myself and move on with glee 🤓🙌🏼

Also if you look at the elbow when giving a high five, you never miss 😛
