there's a therapy type exercise where you are asked to define yourself... most race to say "I am a JOB TITLE" but if you changed your job.. you'd still be you. if you changed your hair.. your clothes..your house... your friends... etc etc... this repeats until you realize the truth is just "i am". you just are because you exist. despite everything. you.
