Lending rates across markets range between 5-9% in Compound and Aave, while some WETH rates are a bit lower.

The higher rates are in Spark (which is tied to the DSR and will come down), Gearbox v3 (which is driven by points farming), and the Spark DAI Vault (which is closed to outside DAI deposits).
