feel it’s never been more important to actively think about our biases, what causes them, and if they’re serving us as speed of change continues to accelerate, open mindedness is gonna become increasingly important 🌱

I believe that biases should always have one foot in our consciousness and the other outside, just one argument away from being dismissed. They should never be allowed to settle in comfortably, sinking into the mindset of "I'm here to stay forever."
