But sometimes I see some PB user with low quality contents. If someone get PB, he/she get it forever.

How do you determine whether the content of a PB user is good or bad (I mean its quality)? Can PB user report a low quality content of a PB user?

i checked on castsense, i have more interactions, or at least bigger % of followers with pbs than some guys that got it today. ppl with less than 100 followers and max 2 3 interactions per cast got one, its a very strange algo. its not a nice feeling, after spending 18 hrs a day here
