With the Discovery acquisition, sadly, HBO's future seems very uncertain. Which streaming network will pickup the mantle to produce top quality shows HBO is known for?

Based on the type of shows they have today, I'd say Apple TV+ and FX on Hulu might be good contenders.

I think HBO will continue to produce great content. Casey Bloys controls the unit and has great taste. WBD management is trying to monetize the existing library and cut costs for HBO Max originals within the 1 year write off period post merger.

Let's hope so. They did continue producing great content after the AT&T acquisition.

I don't think removing content such as Westworld from the platform was a good move. Don't think will give creators confidence in the platform.
George RR Martin is already saying that the future of GOT on HBO is uncertain.
