He's thoughtful about things. Willing to strongly go against the grain of culture and fast-paced, distracting world. His first popular book Deep Work was kind of about how to get rid of distractions like social media and really get in a place to focus. Now, this book looks to be building on that. From a business perspective, you'd like him. He has no spiritual bent on it, just practical how the brain works type of approach.
