What’s a moment in your life that taught you to be confident? Sometimes the little things can teach us a lot about believing in ourselves. A funny example for me would be my first encounter with a pogo stick in 3rd grade. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to jump more than 2-3 times, while all the other kids made it look easy. That night, I went to bed determined to figure it out. The next day, I was bouncing like a champ. It’s silly but I still think about that day when I am stuck on something. 😂 What about you? Do you have any experiences like this that you remember when facing a challenge?

For me confidence was built through playing sports. There's a mentality in sports that pushes you through ups and downs. But there's nothing like winning a championship or having a winning moment to boost your confidence, especially after failures. I've played different sports and had many moments of failure and some of victory. But the overall rhythm of sports failure and winning is most responsible for my confidence.
