You know what! I’ve been here for almost 3 months, and i had the spam label the entire time, it was really frustrating.
In the beginning, my casts would get 50-60 likes and comments, but everyone told me, don’t reply to everyone, ignore them, mute the spammers, it’s the only way to get rid of the label.
Against my own instincts, i did it… and the label finally went away. Farcaster’s open rank and these labels have made things a bit tough.
Open Rank has turned engagement into a competition.
It doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, even your best analysis won’t get a like if you don’t have a rank.
Let me be blunt, if i hadn’t invested $45K into degen 2 months ago, my rank wouldn’t be anywhere near 20K.
No one cared that i was the first girl btc miner in my country.
No one cared that i ve been in crypto for ten years.
None of it mattered,only my money got noticed.
And honestly, i could have had a much higher rank by now, but it never really mattered to me. 1 reply
